Launching in 1969, the series featured four teenagers; Fred Jones, Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, and Norville "Shaggy" Rogers, along with their talking brown Great Dane named Scooby-Doo, who solve mysteries involving supposedly supernatural creatures through a series of antics and missteps.

This Pop! features the Witch Doctor, from the episode 'A Tiki Scare Is Not Fair'. This which was the disguise of journalist John Simms, as his henchmen used to scare the fishermen away from the village's secret underwater cave they had found, and using it as quick access in their pearl-poaching operation.
